The icons tell you which classes can get the skill as oskill (eg. Item-only elemental spells gain a damage bonus from energy, just like regular elemental spells. Either way, these skills enable you to create a character like no other! Some of these can be cast much like regular skills when you equip the item that grants the skill. Others were abandoned in favour of new and stronger magic, but are still useful for adventurers looking for a solution to a particular problem. Some are so powerful and devastating that the human mind cannot learn or comprehend them.
Aside from the regular character skills, Median XL features a variety of item-only skills.
